Feran Studio (“Feran Studio”, “we”, “us”) designs and builds websites, mobile apps and video promos. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit feranstudio.com, contact us, book a call or subscribe to our emails.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, project details, budget and timeline when you fill in our contact form, book a consultation or message us.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Usage information: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect information such as pages visited, time on site, device type, browser and approximate location (city or country level).
- Project materials: content, images, logins and files you share with us while we work together.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and run your project.
- To schedule and hold consultations.
- To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Cookies & analytics
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two kinds:
- Essential: remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics helps us count visits and see which pages are useful. These only run if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Our booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when you use it.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted services that help us run the studio:
- Netlify: website hosting and form submissions
- Google: website analytics (only with your consent)
- Calendly: consultation booking
- Zoho: business email
- WhatsApp / Meta: if you choose to message us there
We may also share information when required by law. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, generally up to 3 years after our last contact or the end of a project. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. To make a request, email hello@feranstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Our website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to your information to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
