1. Using this website
By using feranstudio.com you agree to these terms. The content on this site, including text, design, graphics and code, belongs to Feran Studio or is used with permission. Project screenshots and videos are shown to illustrate our work and remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
2. Quotes & proposals
Prices on our website are starting prices. Every project receives a written quote or proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins once you accept the proposal and pay the deposit.
3. Payment
- A 50% deposit is due to book your project. The remaining balance is due at launch, before the site or app goes live or files are handed over.
- Larger projects may be split into milestone payments, as stated in your proposal.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Invoices are due within 7 days.
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, logins and feedback on time, and confirm you have the rights to any material you give us. Delays in providing materials may move the timeline.
5. Revisions & changes
Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope, such as new pages or features, will be quoted separately before we do the work.
6. Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website, content and design created for you, and your domain is registered in your name. We keep ownership of our general tools, code libraries and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your project. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.
7. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, apps, stock media and app-store fees are provided by third parties and may carry their own costs and terms. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes by these providers.
8. Care plans
Care plans cover the services listed for your plan. Unused hours do not roll over. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. The deposit covers work already scheduled and completed and is non-refundable once work has started. If completed work exceeds the deposit, it will be invoiced at the agreed rate.
10. Warranties & liability
We build every project with care and fix bugs reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. We cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings or uninterrupted operation of third-party services. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you accept a proposal applies to that project. Questions? Email hello@feranstudio.com.
